I worked with Legal Shred, previously Hudson Valley Shred in my last job and knew them to be helpful and professional. So when I needed shredding after cleaning out my father’s house I was disappointed to learn they did not cover his area. I contacted the provider for that area expecting the same service I’d experienced with HVS. Wow was I disappointed! After nearly 3 months of returning calls, scheduled appointments where the provider didn’t show up, I gave up. My husband carted all the documents to be shredded roughly 2 64 gallon Bins back to our home in Wappinger Falls. I called Legal Shred, spoke with the office not a driver on the road and scheduled our appointment for a few days later. I requested a late afternoon appointment. Legal Shred texted my husband to let him know they could arrive earlier than scheduled if that was convenient for us, unfortunately it was not. So they arrived on-time, shredding took about 10-15 minutes and it was done. Exactly the service I was used to and I was not disappointed. Thank you and well done Legal Shred.
