In today’s business environment Customer Service is all too often a catch phrase or an outright misnomer. It’s refreshing to see that there are still some companies like yours out there that actually live it, stand behind it and deliver on promises. You were prompt in responding to my inquiry about your services, informative and forthcoming about your ability to service my company based on your schedule. I appreciated that although you couldn’t come on the day requested, after working out a mutually convenient day & time not only did you stick to it but also called me that morning to keep me posted on your promised window. The driver also called — as you stated he would, to give me his ETA as he was leaving his last stop & he showed up punctually. He was friendly, respectful, and very accommodating as to explaining the procedure and alleviating any concerns about complete shredding of very confidential customer financial files. He even showed me the computer screen’s internal camera that reflects and confirms that all the documents were in fact completely shredded & emptied from the bins.
